At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff s comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1. Zoning Administrator Signature Line. A signature line for the Frederick County Zoning Administrator needs to be provided on the cover sheet along with a note under the signature line that states that the site plan will be valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of approval. 2. Magisterial District. On the cover sheet, provide the Magisterial District. 3. Zoning. On Sheet C-1 provide the zoning of the property. 4. Survey Notes. On Sheet C-1, the phone number for the property owner needs to be provided. 5. Hunting Ridge Road. Provide the state route number for Hunting Ridge Road. 6. Conditions. Provide the conditions from the approved conditional use permit in the site plan. 7. Access Road. Is the access road to the tower that is shown on Sheet C-1 a deeded right-of-way? If so, provide the legal reference. 8. Special Limited Power of Attorney Form. Please have the property owner sign the attached Special Limited Power of Attorney Form prior to further review or approval.
