The following comments should be addressed and included in a revision of this site plan. The submitted plan is also marked with these comments. ✓ 1. Please ensure that the professional engineer's seal is signed on the final submission. 2. Underneath the zoning approval box, please provide a note specifying that the site plan is val id for five years from the approval date. ,/ 3. Please provide a location map. A copy of the tax map for this area would be acceptable. 4. Please note that the zoning of several parcels is incorrectly identified.
