The Frederick County Department of Planning and Development administratively approved the above -
referenced site plan on November 30, 2000. This site plan delineates the construction of a new cement
silo and the removal of two existing silos.
I have provided you with several copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these approved plans
to the owner and advise the owner to keep an approved copy for their files. Furthermore. the owner
should ensure that an approved copy is maintained on the construction site throughout the development
process. Once site development has been completed, the owner should contact this office to schedule an
on -site inspection.

Dear Mr. Ash:
I have had the opportunity to review the above -referenced site plan submitted to our department on
November 15. 2000. The following comments should be addressed and included in a revision of this site
plan. The submitted plan is also marked with these comments.
✓ 1. Please ensure that the professional engineer's seal is signed on the final submission.
2. Underneath the zoning approval box, please provide a note specifying that the site plan is val id for
five years from the approval date.
,/ 3. Please provide a location map. A copy of the tax map for this area would be acceptable.
4. Please note that the zoning of several parcels is incorrectly identified. The following parcels are
M2: 54-A-12, 54-A-27, 54-A-15A, 54-A-17, while 54-A-16 is zoned B2.
5. Please provide survey coordinates for the subject parcel.
, 6. If there is any utility information that is pertinent to the site plan, please include that information.
After you have revised the site plan, I will then need all approved review agency comment sheets and five
copies of the final site plan for approval. Comment sheets are still needed from the Frederick County
Inspections Department.
