The site will be developed in two phases with the construct- ion of a 6000 sf addition and pavement instead of gravel in the back of the property. Existirto Site Conditions The site currently is a vacant field with moderate grass coverage. Adtacent Properties The adjacent properties are owned by Baker Lane Association and Victor Weeren. Mr Wereen's lot is also vacant with grass coverage and the other houses a Sears Service Center. Soils The soil conditions are taken from the USDA Solis Survey The sods on this site are Weikert-Berks channery silt loams ( #t41 C ) and Blairton silt foams (##3C ). These soils have slight erosion hazards and moderate to severe wetness when excavated Erosion C4troi Program [] Install silt fence U Install construction entrance with wash rack U Install culvert inlet and outlet protection 0 Clear and grade site M=ance ProsAram I The contractor will inspect all erosion and sediment control measures alter each rainfall and at least daily d,tdllls prolonged rainfall Damged and or deficient areas will be repaired or improved iataseiiately. 2 Furthermore, the contractor will make a daily review of areas of construction activity to insure erosion control effectiveness Additional measures will be installed immediately where deficiencies are found 3 Sediment will be removed when sediment volume reaches approximately one half of the wet storage for traps ' - 4 Permanent erosion control measures include the establishment of grass on exposed surfaces disturbed in the construction process, excluding the road surface. 1 r 5 The Frederick County Department of Public Works and the Department of f Engineering will reserve the right to modify, or add erosion and sedimert control measures as needed by unforseen events. I ro y1 Seeding Schedule 1 1. Topsoil will be spread at a depth of 4". 2. Pulverized agricultural limestone will be incorporated into the soil at a of 92 lbs per 1000 sf ( 2 tons per acre). 3. Fertilize with 10-10-10 at a rate of 23 lbs per 1000 sf ( 1000 lbs per I acre). 4. Seed mix will consist of 67% Kentucky 31 Tall Fescue and 33% red cl�er. S. Straw mulch will be applied to all seeded areas at the rate of 3500 lbs per acre and anchored with cutback, or emulsfied asphalt applied at a rate of 200 gallons per acre.
