SITE PLAN CHECKLIST The checklist below indicates all the information -that needs to be submitted as part Of the site plan application. All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package 1. This site plan consists of a 1,540 square -foot building to accommodate office, sales, and family meeting facilities. In addition to the proposed building, there will be 13 parking spaces within a bituminous concrete parking lot. Landscaping will be installed around the perimeter of the parking lot, and some of the existing evergreen trees will be protected. Attached are two copies of the approved plan. This will enable you to provide your contractor with an approved copy, and maintain a copy for your records. Please include the page from a previous site plan submission showing the entire property. Indicate on this overall view the location for the office building. 4) The proposed use of the building. Provide a rough floor plan indicating the proposed office space and conference rooms. 5) Location, height, and specifications of outdoor lighting fixtures. This includes both parking lot and building -mounted lighting. If outdoor lighting is proposed, please provide statement that "Outdoor lighting shall be arranged to deflect away from adjoining properties and public streets. Sources of light on a lot shall be hooded or controlled to prevent glare beyond the lot line." 6) A location for the existing white pines. These trees may be useful if transplanted to a position between the parking area and the property line. The plants would assist in screening the building from the adjoining property.
