All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. This site plan consists of a 1,400-square-foot addition to the existing structure. A four -foot wide concrete sidewalk will be constructed to provide pedestrian access from the parking lot to this new addition. Attached is one copy of the approved plan.
