All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package 1. It is recommended that applicants contact the Department of Planning and Development to determine which review agencies are relevant to their site plan application.
