All required information must.be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. This site plan consists of a 1,280 square -foot addition to the existing church. This addition will be used as a fellowship hall. Four parking spaces (2 of which are ADA accessible) will be constructed with a bituminous concrete surface. An ADA accessible ramp providing access to the church will be constructed. Attached are two copies of the approved plan. This will enable you to provide your contractor with an approved copy, and maintain a copy for your records. Please have the contractor contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection once all improvements are complete. Please contact me if I may answer any questions regarding this letter. A land disturbance permit will not be required for this project since the disturbed area is less than 10,000 square feet. However, we recommend placement of silt fence along the downstream side of the site. Please place a note on the site plan indicating the above comment. In addition, this note should include the fact that the contractor is responsible for containing all erosion and silt on -site. We recommend approval of the subject site plan.
