Based on this information the following comments are offered: Since the proposed addition is on the far side of an existing structure and do not appear to exceed airspace height restrictions, FAA form 7460-1 will not be required to be filed. 2. All outdoor lighting should be shielded type to prevent light pollution to approaching or departing aircraft. 3. Twenty-four hours prior to all crane operations, coordination must be made with David Foley, Winchester Airport Operations Supervisor, in order to ensure coordination with the Dulles approach center. 4. Due to the proximity of the site to the approach zone for Runway 14, outside burning should be prohibited if possible and debris removed from the site. Should burning take place, coordination with Airport Operations Supervisor must be made twenty-four hours prior in order to allow ample time to notify Dulles approach center.
