The site plan is approved for the construction of a new commercial entrance along Pactiv Way. Pactiv Way is located on the east side of Martinsburg Pike before Amoco Lane. The proposed entrance is intended to serve the property currently in use by Quick Stop. All relevant review agencies have approved the project at this time.
