ALL WATER AND SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE FREDERICK COUNTY SANITATION AUTHORITY. 2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT THE FREDERICK COUNTY SANITATION AUTHORITY AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO BEGINNING ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY ON WATER OR SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO SCHEDULE A PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE. 3.
