GENERAL CONSTRUCTION NOTES: 1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: A. A CURRENT VA CONTRACTORS LICENSE. B. A CURRENT VA CONTRACTORS LICENSE TO BE DISPLAYED ON SITE. C.
