The site plan is approved for an expansion of an existing telecommunication tower site located off of Northwestern Pike (Route 50) in the Gainesboro Magisterial District. This expansion includes some of the following: • New 11.6' x 20' equipment shelter • GPS Units • Cingular antennas mounted on the existing tower (does not increase approved height) The site plan meets all requirements for development in the RA (Rural Areas) Zoning District. The drawings have been revised to reflect the comments and are being submitted with this letter. The written response to the comments is as follows: 1. Conditions: The conditions of the Conditional Use Permit #22-99 have been added to the drawing. 2. Expiration Date: The requested expiration date note has been added to the drawings. 3. Tax Map Number: The requested tax map number has been added to the drawings. 4. Vicinity Map: The vicinity map at a scale of 1:2000 has been revised. 5. Indexr: The index has been revised for only the sheets submitted. 6. Easements: There are no known easements on the property other than ingress/egress. The dotted line around the property boarder is a setback line. 7. Ingress/Egress Easement: See attached Memorandum of Lease. 8. Land Uses: The land uses have been added to the site plan. A. Graphic Scale: The drawing is provided with a graphic scale in the sheet boarder. The graphic scale is just that and does not have any associated footage because it is a relative scale to be used with the footage scale shown under each detail.
