SITE PLAN CHECKLIST The checklist below indicates all the information that needs to be submitted as part of the site plan application. All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it IS Complete. The following comments should be addressed and included in a revision of this site plan. The submitted plan is also marked with these comments. Beneath the Zoning Administrator's signature, please provide a note reading "Site plan shall be valid for five years from date of approval." 2. Please clearly mark the area where the latest revision are to occur. In addition, provide any revision notes that apply to the proposed additions and include a revised FAR. 3. Please state the square footage and height for the proposed buildings. 4. A site inspection revealed the presence of an outdoor trash receptacle in the approximate area of proposed Building F. Please be advised that dumpsters in industrial zones must be enclosed with an opaque screening (i.e. fencing). Please show the location of the dumpster and its enclosure on the site plan. No enclosure is required if the trash receptacle is located between buildings. 5. Please note that both Lenoir Drive and McGhee Road have posted speed limits of 35 m.p.h. 6. If the proposed buildings are to include outdoor lighting fixtures, please include the location and specifications of such features. 7.
