All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is Complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package 1. Provide a detail in accordance with the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook (vesch) specification 3.20. 2. Provide a permanent seeding schedule on the plans in accordance with vesch specification 3.32. 3. Place a note on the plans indicating that prior to commencing site grading work, a land disturbance permit shall be obtained from the Frederick County Public Works department.
