All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is Complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package 1. This site plan, for an aggregate crushing plant and electrical building, meets all County requirements within the E-M (Extractive Manufacturing) Zoning District. The site plan delineates the development of a 500-square-foot electrical building and an aggregate crusher facility. This addition will bring the site's total area developed to nearly 33,500 square feet. Mr. Cheran should have provided you with several copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these approved plans to the owner and advise the owner to keep an approved copy for his files. Furthermore, the owner should ensure that an approved copy is maintained on the construction site throughout the development process.
