All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package 1. This site plan, for a 675-square-foot kiln building, meets all County requirements for development within the M1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District. No additional parking or landscaping was required as a result of this addition to the site. I have provided you with several copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these approved plans to the owner and advise the owner to keep an approved copy for their files. Furthermore, the owner should ensure that an approved copy is maintained on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site development has been completed, the owner should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection.
