At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff's comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1. Magisterial District. Provide the Magisterial District where the property is located (Back Creek). 2. North Arrow. Provide a north arrow. 3. Scale. The scale of the plan has not been provided. This needs to be shown in written and graphic formats. 4. Designer. The contact information for the engineer needs to be provided. 5. Approval Block. An approval line for the Zoning Administrator needs to be provided on the site plan along with a statement that the signature is only valid for five years. 6. Building Restriction Lines. The building restriction lines need to be shown. 7. Handicap Accessibility. It is unclear how the pavilion area will be handicap accessible; a sidewalk needs to be provided from the parking lot to the pavilion. S. Plan Revisions. An area for the dates and reasons for plan revisions needs to be shown. 9. Zoning. Provide the zoning for the site (RA Rural Areas). 10. Property Identification Number. The property identification number for this property is 75-A-12, not 2A. 11. Adjoiner Information. Provide the zoning and use of each adjoining properties. 12. Structure Height. Provide the height of the pavilion as well as the height and size of the existing pavilion. 13. Parking Lot Area.
