The site plan is approved for replacement of a telecommunication tower on a site located off of Stony Hill Road in the Gainesboro Magisterial District. This expansion includes some of the following: • New 1 1.6' x 20' equipment shelter. • GPS Units. • Cingular monopole to reach a height of 195'. The site plan meets all requirements for development in the RA (Rural Areas) Zoning District. There are a few items that still need to be addressed: - #14 the conditions on the conditional use permit (1/24-04) were not mentioned or drafted upon the site plan, unless they were stuck in the site plan somewhere and I missed it. - #10, for the land use Of the adjoining properties, 'how the land is being used must be provided.' Typically lots that are vacant Or have a bona fide farm existing upon the lot would constitute an 'agricultural' use. Any lots that are strictly used as a residence Would be classified as a'residential' use. I don't believe there to be any businesses Up there, but if in the event there is, 'business' WOuld be the proper use to have listed. Otherwise, everything on the plan seems to meet our requirements. We will need five (5) copies of the final site plan, for final approval. I Would advise first sending me a copy as YOU did this time for review, unless you feel confident that everything is correct.
