At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff's comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1. Special Limited Power of Attorney Form. Please have the property owner sign the attached Special Limited Power of Attorney Form prior to further review or approval. This form should be notarized and completed to grant the applicant (you) with authorization to represent them for this site plan. 2. Property Identification Number. The site plan references 61-A-118; the tower is located on 61-A-117. 3. Magisterial District. Provide the Magisterial District on the coversheet. 4. Zoning Administrator Signature Line. A signature line for the Frederick County Zoning Administrator needs to be provided on the cover sheet along with a note under- the signature line that states that the site plan will be valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of approval. 5. Project Description. On sheet T-1, phone numbers need to be provided for the property owner and the applicant. 6. Graphic Scale. Provide a graphic scale on sheets Z-1 and Z-2. 7. Conditions. Provide the conditions from the approved conditional use permit in the - -- site plan. After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that I may verify the information contained on the plan.
