Super silt fence will be required along the toe of the slope outside the proposed fill line. Slope drains may be necessary in order to drain stormwater down the slope prior to the curb and gutter being installed. Please revise the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan to account for the new controlled fills being placed along the drainage divide. 2. Provide details and cross -sections of the retaining walls which are proposed on -site. 3. You have proposed fill slopes that are 2:1 or steeper. The geotechnical report prepared by Triad Engineering, Inc. does not provide recommendation for slopes which exceed 2.5:1. Provide recommendations for these steep slopes as well as a comprehensive stabilization plan to ensure these slopes will not be an erosion hazard or educe a slope failure. in addition, provide stabilization recommendations for the steep cut slope along the west side of the site. Once these comments have been addressed, submit one (1) copy of the plans for further review. Sincerely, i /oe C.
