Both the Matan Project and Elliott/Wilson Project have been terminated by the clients. Donovan Trucking was at the goal line. Lauren wanted a FCSA easement recorded before she would approve the plan revision. The client was not convinced that he was required to do that, so we sent the plans to John Whitacre at FCSA for an official comment on the easement recordation. We have yet to hear back from John on this matter. It has been sometime now since we sent him the plan, I will try to follow up with him next week.
