Perkins Planner II Frederick County Department of Planning and Development 107 North Kent Street, Suite 202 Winchester, Virginia 22601 Re: Callaham Guitars (SP#62-06) — Site Plan Revision Dear Ms. Perkins: We are submitting a revision to the Callaham Guitars site plan previously approved on December 21, 2006. This revision proposes a 500 square foot increase in the building footprint and shifts the pavement edge to match the new edge of the building. The additional square footage in the building will be more manufacturing space therefore the required amount of parking will not change. All open space and landscape computations have been updated and there is no storm water management proposed with this plan because it is adjacent to the floodplain. Since there are no other changes proposed with this revision we have not submitted to any additional agencies for review. If it is necessary to obtain other agency comments, please advise.
