At this time, the site plan is denied until the following comments are adequately addressed. Preliminary Review Comments: 1. Special Limited Power of Attorney Form. Please have the property owner sign the attached Special Limited Power of Attorney Form prior to further review or approval. This form should be notarized and completed to grant the applicant (you) with authorization to represent them for this site plan. Please also note that the owner is required to sign the final copies of the site plan prior to approval. 2. Entrance Sign. Please note that the details for the proposed entrance sign have the arrow pointing in the wrong direction. 3. Future Business Sign. Please show the location of any proposed or future business sign. A sign permit is required to be issued through the Department of Building Inspections prior to the installation of any sign. 4. Landscaped Area. Please note that the proposed landscaped area must be topsoiled and seeded in addition to the planting of the proposed trees and shrubs. At the end of the lease term herein provided, the LESSEE shall have an option to renew this Lease Agreement. 3. Lessee shall be responsible for all trash and snow removal in said area of coffee house. 4. Electric and Water Supply will be the responsible of the Lessee. 5.
