Kent Street Winchester, VA 22601 RE: Supreme Block Dear Jeremy, Pl I've enclosed a site plan detailing the 4800 sq ft addition to the concrete block H manufacturing facility at 1515 Tyson Drive in the Stonewall Industrial Park. The original site plan was approved in 1989 and revised in March of last year. From our inspection, the site, appears to be in general conformance with that plan. The new building will be added at the northeast corner of the manufacturing facility. It meets the required set back and height restrictions of the M 1 zoning district. Supreme Block will not be adding employees as a result of this expansion and therefore, no additional spaces are required. Adequate parking does exist for employees and customers. I've enclosed the completed application and have asked the Building Inspector, Fire Marshal and Public Works for comments. No extension of water or sewer is proposed. Currently 26,700 sq. ft. of building area exists.
