The Department of Planning & Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete prior to accepting it. If any portion of the application is not complete, it will be returned to the applicant(s). (1) One (1) set of approved comment sheets are required from each relevant review agency prior to final approval of a site plan. It is recommended that applicants contact the Department of Planning & Development to determine which review agencies are relevant to their site plan application.
