BE IT RESOLVED, that that area on the south side of U.S. Highway No. 522,
beginning at the boundary of the Virginia Route No. 37, at the boundary of the
Bageant Stine property, for a depth of 400 feet, south from U.S. Route 522,
and westwardly along said Route to the western boundary line of the lot of
Humble Oil and Refining Company, and the land on the north side of U.S. Route
522, at the boundary line of Route No. 37, and westwardly along said highway for
the depth of the property lines, or 400 feet, whichever is less, fronting on
U.S. Highway No. 522, westwardly to its intersection with Frederick Terrace,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from Residential-1 to Business-1, as proposed
by the Planning Commission. The motion was passed unanimously.

Be It Resolved, that recommending to the Board of Supervisors that an area on
the South side of U. S. Highway No. 522, beginning at the boundary of U. S. Route
No. 37 and the Bageant Stine property and for a depth of 400 feet, South from
U. S. Highway No. 522 and West along said Route to the Western boundary of Humble Oil
and Refining Company, and on the Northern side of U. S. Route No. 522, beginning at
the boundary of U. S. Route No. 37, and running along said Route for a dept of 400
feet, or the depth of the property lines of lands fronting on U. S. Route No. 522,
whichever is less, then Westwardly to its intersection with Frederick Terrace, be
rezoned from Residential -1 to Business -1.
The Public Bearing on the above re -zoning will be held June 10, 1968 at 2:10
P. M.
The above resolution was passed.
