Eembers of Frederick County Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission:
We have discussed the plans of Harry S. Write, Jr. regarding the rezoning
of a .80354 acre plot of land on the east side of Route 614 from A-1 to !,"-1
for the purpose of opening an ornamental iron and welding shop in the existing
block building used presently as a barn. He plans to have offstreet parking
for his customers in front of the building. Plans also call for a non -lighted
sign on the west side of Route 614 directly in front of the building. After
discussing this with him I am not opposed to his operating a business at
this location.
