642 from A-1 to R-2 for the purpose of building a number of
Townhouses.
Such an action would reduce the value and desirability of
present homes and future homes in the Lakeside area.
11ould produce:
1. A congested or over urbanized area.
2. A potentially low income and slum condition.
3. Would reduce (by at least 25') the availability
of lagoon or sewage treatment for regular one
family homes.
4. An increase in school burden through reduced taxes
for the increased student load.
