Such an action would reduce the value and desirability of present homes and future homes in the Lakeside area. 11ould produce: 1. A congested or over urbanized area. 2. A potentially low income and slum condition. 3. Would reduce (by at least 25') the availability of lagoon or sewage treatment for regular one family homes. 4.
