Brant, his wife, of the first part, hereinafter called the Grantors; E. E. Bayliss, Jr. and Mary L. Bayliss, his wife, of the second part, hereinafter called the Grantees; J. Frederick Larrick, Trustee, of the third part, hereinafter called the Trustee, and Shenandoah Valley National Bank of Winchester, at Winchester, Virginia, of the fourth part, hereinafter called the Beneficiary. First, this is not an extension of the City Limits, this is a rezoning action on land lying north of the City Limits lying in Frederick County, Virginia, The land in question was sub- divided and is known as the Hunter M. Stine Estate lots of which the Winchester Outdoor Advertising Corporation is on record as owning Lot #1. The major portion of owners of residences lying on these lots have requested the rezoning classification of this land he changed from its existing classifications (Industrial M-2 on the west side of Route 11 and Business B-2 on the east side of Foute 11) to Residential R-1. t�dvertising signs are not a permitted use under the Residential R-1 classification under the current 'Zoning Ordinance. The letter to you was required by the Code of Virginia as notification to adjoining property owners prior to conducting a Public Hearing regarding the rezoning request. As you are presently using the land for advertising the rezoning Should not affect your usage.
