Garber, a Frederick County citizen and landowner, respectfully represents unto the Frederick County Board of Supervisors and Frederick County Planning Commission the following: 1. That the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance provides for the exclusive uses of land within each of the zoning districts without specifically providing for a relation of one district and its allowable uses to another district and its allowable uses. 2. That it would be in the best interests of land use to allow for certain land uses in a particular district if the same will not contravene the original intent and purpose of the particular district within which the use is proposed. 3. That your petitioner requests the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance be amended by the addition of the following two paragraphs under the respective district: -T — A. ARTICLE 7 - BUSINESS, GENERAL, DISTRICT B-2 "7-1-29 - Any use permitted in the Residential, General, District R-2, and Business, Limited, District B-1; provided, however, that for such uses which are permitted by the provisions of this Paragraph, but are the denominated use under R-2 District or B-1 District of this Ordinance, the provisions of Paragraphs 5-2 through 5-7-3, inclusive, and 6-2 through 6-5, inclusive, respectively, shall apply". WHEREFORE, your petitioner requests that the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance be amended by the addition of the above two paragraphs, subject to any additional requirements that the Board shall deem to be in the best interests of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance. GARBER WA -2- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Frederick County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Board of Supervisors Room, County Office Building, on July 7, 1971 at 4:45 P.M. to consider the petition of Julian F. Garber to amend the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance by the addition of the following two paragraphs under the respective district: A. ARTICLE 6 - BUSINESS, LIMITED, DISTRICT B-1 "6-1-17 - Any use permitted in the Residential, General, District R-2; provided, however, that for such uses which are permitted by the provisions of this Paragraph, the provisions of Paragraphs 5-2 through 5-7-3, inclusive, shall apply". B.
