Your petitioner respectfully represents as follows;
1. Fhat he and his two sisters, Evelyn Heath Stickley and Virginia
.3. retep, are the owners of certain hereinafter described property in
,-pequon (Magisterial .District, Frederick County, Virginia, and that he, by
•virtue of a certain power of attorney dated the 5th day oz January, 1971, is
empowered to act on behalf of the said F velyn Heath Sticklay and Virginia S.
F.step.
Z. That your petitioner and his sisters have heretofore developed some
residential building; lots which are described and set forth on it pint of the
Yiymn C,-wen i:states of record in the Clerk's Vffice of the Circuit Court of
Frederick County, Virginia in Deed Book 3CZ, page 647.
3. That with the exception of the lots at the eastern end of Harmon
Street all the lots shown on said plat are preaentiy zoned it-1 and were
originally planned for single detached residences.
4. That your petitioners have previousiy asked that L,ot* No. 13, 14,
15, 1ti and 17 be rezoneli to permit i;arden apartrneats, which petition was
granted.
S. That the four lots lying on both aides of Harrison Street and adjacent
to the area which was rezoned are similar in that they Cannot be used to
beat advantage for single detached dwellings, but are particularly suitable
and adaptable to garden -type apartr;,e rats.
b. That a proper description of '*-hd herein sought to be rezoned
