Hunt, respectfully petitions the Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission and%or Zoning Administrator as follows: 1. Petitioner is owner of a certain tract or parcel of land situate in Stonewall Magisterial District, Frederick County, Virginia., fronting on the east side of U. S. Highway No. 1.1 and on the north side of Virginia State Secondary Road No. 661, commonly known as Red Bud Road, containing seven and two -tenths (7. 2) acres, more or less, being a portion of that tract of land acquired by the said Wilkie W. Hunt, by deed dated M$y 28, 1943, and duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia„ in Deed Book 187, at page 211, and being as shown can the sketch attached hereto and incor- porated herein by this reference. 2. Your petitioner, Wilkie W.
