state as follows:
1. They are owners o`Lo s 1 and^32, A. H. Underwood Property,
Shawnee Magisterial District, Frederick County, Virginia.
2. Said property is presently zoned R -1, Residential, Limited.
3. Said lots are bound by the following individuals:
On the East, by Clifton Lewis, Route 6, Winchester, Virginia.
On the South, by David Nesselrodt, Route 6, Winchester,
Virginia.
On the North, by Roy Kerns, Route 6, Whnchester, Virginia
and the Frederick County School Board.
On the West, by the property of L. A. Elliott, Jr. , Fairmont
Avenue, (extended), Winchester, Virginia.

PETITION
We the undersigned, being land owners and residents in the area of the
Country Store, located on Senseny Road, Winchester, Virginia, understand-
ing that the owners of said Store are seeking a Re -Zoning of the area owned
by them from R-1 Residential Limited to B-1 Business Limited for the purpose
of expanding and improving the facilities to hereby join said owners is request-
ing the Frederick County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors
to approve the Petition for Re -Zoning of HARRY BENJAMIN CRIM and
FREDA WHITE GRIM.
