Very truly yours, LARGE T , ANDERS ON and LARRICK F(o rnoy Iar L. g nt, Jr. FLL,Jr.:plj Enclosure 0,*� PETITION FOR AMENDMENT FREDERICK COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE TO: Board of Supervisors of Frederick County, Virginia and the Frederick County Planning Commission Re: Amendment of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance on Senseny Road from R-1 to B-2 to Permit the Erection and Maintenance of a Branch Bank Your Petitioner, the Farmers and Merchants National Bank, a corporation organized under and pursuant to the laws of the United States of America, respectfully represents unto the Frederick County Board of Supervisors and the Frederick County Planning Commission the following: 1. That it is the owner of that certain parcel of land lying and being situate on the North side of Senseny Road, Route No. 657, in Shawnee Magisterial District, Frederick County, Virginia, containing three acres, more or less, being bounded on the West by Interstate 81, and more particularly described by that certain plat and survey hereto attached and marked "Exhibit A". 2. That the said property was conveyed to the Petitioner by Deed of Richard G. Dick, et ux, dated April 10, 1970, of -record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia, in Deed Book, Page 3. That the Petitioner desires to construct a branch bank on the aforesaid property similar to the branch bank LARGENT, ANDERSON & LARRICK ATTORNEYS AT LAW WINCHESTER, VIRGINIA shown on the photograph attached hereto and marked "Exhibit B". 4. That your Petitioner intends to use the aforesaid property for the sole purpose of operating a branch bank and providing parking facilities for customers using the said branch bank. 5. That the construction and operation of the branch bank shall be consistent with the essential characteristics of the area and not interfere with a suitable environment for family life. WHEREFORE, your Petitioner requests that the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance be amended changing the classification of the aforesaid property from R-1 to B-2, subject to any conditions that the Board shall deem to be in the best interest of the said area.
