Lee Garber - Backfile (2)/��� r, � t � l � 7 0 i PETITION FOR AMENDMENT OF THE FREDERICK COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE To: Board of Supervisors of Frederick County, Virginia and Frederick County Planning Commission Re: Amendment of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance from R-1 to B-2 to permit the erection and maintenance of a Shopping Center Your petitioners, O.Lee Garber, Julian F. Garber and Donald E. Garber, Trustees of Charles E. Garber and Nora L. Garber Trust, respectfully represent unto the Frederick County Board of Supervisors and its Planning Commission the following: 1. Your petitioners are the owners of a certain tract of land situate on the East side of U.S.#522, and the South side of U.S. #50, just East of the City of Winchester, Virginia, and being the same property conveyed to your petitioners by Deed recorded in the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia, in Deed Book 300 page 192. 2. That a portion of said property is now zoned B-2 and a portion R-1. 3. That your petitioners are desirous of erecting a Shopping Center on said property, and in order that said Shopping Center may be completed it will be necessary to re -zone that portion of petitioners' land situate as aforesaid, which is now zoned R-1 to B-2. 4. Attached hereto and as a part hereof as Exhibit -A, there is shown in a broken line, the portion of petitioners' property which they desire re -zoned from R-1 to B-2. LARGENT.
