Gentlemen: You are hereby notified that we hereby petition the Board of Supervisors of Frederick County, Virginia, and the Planning Commission of Frederick County, Virginia, for rezoning of that certain four (4) tracts or parcels of land, lying and being situate on the North side of Senseny Road, known as Virginia Secondary Road No. 657, as follows: PARCEL A - Six (6) Acres, to be changed in zoning from Rl to Bl, for Residential Shopping Center. PARCEL B - Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty (14,950) Square Feet, to be changed in zon- ing from R1 to Bl, for Gasoline Service Station.
