The said Lots were conveyed to S. Blaine Wilson by two Deeds recorded in the afore-
said Clerks Office in D. B. 263 - P. 434 and D. B. 259 - P. 72 and are situated along
the West side of Paper Mill Road ( Rte No. 644 ) in Shawnee District, Frederick Co.,
Virginia and are bounded as follows:
Beginning at a power pole in the 'rest Line of Paper Mill Road at the intersection
of the North Line of a Fifty Foot Street; thence with the said North Line, N 65 deg. W
200.00 ft. to an iron pin in the East Line of the Pineville Lots; thence with the said
East Line, N 25 deg,. E - 130.00 ft. to an iron pin corner to Lot No. 6; thence with the

I enclose herewith a petition in reference to the above -captioned
property. S. Blaine Wilson asked that the property be rezoned
from Residential General, District R-2 to Industrial Limited,
District M-1. The Clerk of the Frederick County Board of
Supervisors has already been provided with the original of this
petition.
Please consider this matter referred to the Frederick County
Planning Commission. I request that you properly advertise
the public hearing before that body and then report the recom-
mendations-bFthe Frederick County Planning Commission to the
Clerk of. the Frederick County Board of Supervisors with a copy
to me. Please be quite careful to Low in the notice where a
copy of the petition anu exhibit can be found.

P E T I T I O N
TO: The Frederick County Board of Supervisors
Frederick County Office Building
Winchester, Virginia 22601
February 10, 1969
Comes now your. Petitioner or Applicant and petitions the
Frederick County Board of Supervisors to rezone Lot Nos. 7 and 8
of the Extension and Second Edition to the Plat of Milton Valley
Subdivision as recorded in the Frederick County Circuit Court
Clerk's Office in Deed Book 193, page 182, from Residential,
General, District R-2 to Industrial, Limited, District M-1.
In support of this Petition, he states and avers as follows:
1. That the said lots were conveyed to S. Blaine
Wilson by two deeds recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office
in Deed Book 263, page 434 and Deed Book 259, page 72.
2. That these lots are situated along the West side
of Paper Mill Road (Route No. 644) in Shawnee Magisterial District
Frederick County, Virginia.
3. That the two lots contain 26,000 square feet.
4. That a Plat and survey of H„ Bruce Edens, Certified
Land Surveyor, dated January 28, 1969, is attached hereto and
provides a metes and bounds description thereof.
5. That your Petitioner or Applicant is using a 36 foot
by 100 foot, one-story block building on Lot No. 8 as his office
and plant for his occupation of building contractor; such building
and the use thereof having preceded the effective date of the
zoning ordinance of Frederick County, Virginia.

6. That the land immediately across Paper Mill Road
(Route No. 644), on the East side thereof and for a considerable
distance in each direction is presently zoned Industrial,
Limited, District M-1 and is being so used.
7. That further to the South on Paper Mill Road the
land on each side of Paper Mill Road is zoned Industrial,
Limited, District M-1.
8. That the Petitioner or Applicant wishes to use
Lot No. 7 .for purposes adequately covered by a zoninq of
Industrial, Limited, District M-1.
9. That no property values of adjoining land owners
will be adversely affected by the granting of this Petition and
that the granting of this Petition will allow the Petitioner or
Applicant to more effectively utilize this land than he can under
the present zoning.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner or Applicant prays that the
property described above and on the plat and survey attached
hereto be rezoned from Residential, General, District R=2 to
Industrial., Limited, District M-1.
