A-1 to M-2 On the north side of Virginia secondary Route 679 and at its intersection with Virginia Route 608 in Gainesboro Magisterial District. Agricultural land use and zoning. 1800 square foot Office Building and Parking Lot. Frederick -Winchester Health Department - A suitable location for the septic system has not been found. The Health Department is currently testing alternative sites. Va. Department of Highways and Transportation - No objection to rezoning. Department of Public 4%brks - O.K. as submitted. Department of Inspections - Must comply with section 204.0 (use group B, business of the Code_ Specific requirements will be noted on plans). Zoning - Satisfactory: Expansion of existing zoning. Planning - The expansion of this existing- use does not adversely affect adjacent land users. The staff recommends approval provided that the requirements of the Frederick - Winchester Health Department are satisfied. Planning Commission Recommendations: The Planning Commission, by a majority vote, moved to recommend approval of this rezoning application to the Board of Supervisors.
