Release - 84 Lumber Company
Dear Mr. Darcheck:
Please be advised that the Frederick County Permit Center has
determined that erosion and sedimentation control requirements have
been met on the 84 Lumber Company project located on Old Red Bud Road
in Frederick County, Virginia.
This letter shall therefore serve as official release of the bond
issued by the Insurance Company of North America in the amount of $1,500
dated May 28, 1980. You should notify your insurance company of this
action in order that the necessary paperwork might be accomplished to have
this bond cancelled.
