PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Construct a 25,200 square foot manufacturing facility, with required site improvements. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Inspections Department - All structures must be built in compliance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and referenced standards. Highway Department - Everything appears satisfactory and will be acceptable if constructed accordingly. Clearbrook Fire Company - No comment. Sanitation Department - Satisfactory. Planning and Zoning - The proposed facility will roll -form metal components for metal buildings; site design is satisfactory for no more than 45 employees on a shift; an additional fire hydrant should be placed to the west of the building in order for all portions of the building to be within 300' of a hydrant, as per NFPA recommendations. This can be done at the time of extension of utilities along McGhee Road. Utility design and road profiles have been previously approved by the Commission.
