We are reviewing the enclosed request by Frederick County Fair Association
or their representative, Mr. David Moulden 662-2749
Will you please review the attached and return your comments to me as soon as

THIS SPACE SHOULD BE USED FOR REVIEW COMMENTS:
The Fair Association currently has a water connection with the
Authority which has not been used. Since the site plan does
not show any water lines, this agency has no comment. The Fair
Association should submit a master plan for fire protection and
water supply.

This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Planning Commission's action at
their meeting of November 20, 1985:
Approval of Site Plan #014-85 of Frederick County Fair Association for the
construction of a 40' X 50' building for offices, storage, and rest rooms at the
Frederick County Fairgrounds, located at the intersection of Route 835 and Route
11 North of Stephenson, in the Stonewall Magisterial District.
If you have any questions regarding this site plan, please do not hesitate to

LOCATION: Intersection of Route 835 and Route 11 North of Stephenson.
MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Stonewall
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Residential Land Use and A-2 Zoning.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: 40' X 50' building for office, storage, and rest
rooms.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Inspections Department - Proposed building must comply with the Virginia
Uniform Statewide Building Code and ANSI 117.1 - Handicapped Access
Provisions.
Highway Department - No objection to the proposed building as it is our
understanding that this does not affect any of the proposed entrance ways
from our right-of-way at this location.
Clearbrook Fire Company - Satisfactory.
Sanitation Department - The Fair Association currently has a water connection
with the Authority which has not been used. Since the site plan does not
show any water lines, this agency has no comment. The Fair Association
