Since the site plan does not show any water lines, this agency has no comment. The Fair Association should submit a master plan for fire protection and water supply. Box 7 Clearbrook, Virginia 22624 Dear Mr. Moulden: This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Planning Commission's action at their meeting of November 20, 1985: Approval of Site Plan #014-85 of Frederick County Fair Association for the construction of a 40' X 50' building for offices, storage, and rest rooms at the Frederick County Fairgrounds, located at the intersection of Route 835 and Route 11 North of Stephenson, in the Stonewall Magisterial District.
