Dear Mr. Heath:
This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Planning Commission's action at
their meeting of June 5, 1985:
Approval of Site Plan #013-85 of Blue Ridge Grace Brethern Church for a church
and required parking with the addition of a minimum 50' landing back from the
edge of the pavement which should be constructed at approximately the same
elevation as the existing roadway to provide safe ingress and egress; and the
access roadway should be hard surfaced at least 100' from the entrance for dust
control. This property is located 1/2 mile west on Route 622 in the Back Creek
Magisterial District.

REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Inspections Department - Structures must be built in compliance with all
provisions of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code.
Highway Department - This plan appears to be within our minimum requirements
and is satisfactory with the exception that we would require a minimum 50'
landing back from the edge of the pavement which should be constructed at
approximately the same elevation as the existing roadway. This is to provide
safe ingress and egress to this property. A permit must be applied for and
approved before any work is started on the State's right -of --way.
Round Hill Fire Company - No comment.
Health Department - Satisfactory.
Planning and Zoning - Access roadway should be hard surfaced at least 100'
from the entrance for dust control; if any school or other similar activities
are proposed on a regular basis, the entire entrance roadway and front
parking areas should be hard surfaced.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval, with revisions as required by VDH&T and
recommended by Planning and Zoning.
