REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Inspections Department - Structures must be built in compliance with all provisions of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. Highway Department - This plan appears to be within our minimum requirements and is satisfactory with the exception that we would require a minimum 50' landing back from the edge of the pavement which should be constructed at approximately the same elevation as the existing roadway. This is to provide safe ingress and egress to this property. A permit must be applied for and approved before any work is started on the State's right -of --way. Round Hill Fire Company - No comment. Health Department - Satisfactory. Planning and Zoning - Access roadway should be hard surfaced at least 100' from the entrance for dust control; if any school or other similar activities are proposed on a regular basis, the entire entrance roadway and front parking areas should be hard surfaced.
