MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Shawnee ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Commercial land use and B-2 Zoning. PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Automobile fuel and oil sales and convenience shop with required site improvements. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Inspections Department - Proposed structures to be built in compliance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and other applicable standards for the intended use. City of Winchester - We suggest use of existing sanitary sewer service (marked on plans). Greenwood Fire Company - We will need a fire hydrant on the south side (west side of the proposed entrance from the mall parking lot) near the water man- hole cover on the plan. Other than this, the plan looks good. VA. Dept. of Highways - Everything appears satisfactory with the exception of the center isle and curbing, which will have to be extended to the property line. A permit must be applied for and approved before any work is done on the State's right-of-way. Planning and Zoning - No objections; meets the requirements. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
