PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Construct a 10,000 square foot office and warehouse facility with required site improvements. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Inspections Department - Proposed structures to be built in accordance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and applicable referenced standards. Highway Department - The overall site plans appear satisfactory and within our minimum requirements. However, we would recommend a 40' entrance in lieu of the minimum 30' entrance as proposed. Clearbrook Fire Company - Satisfactory. Sanitation Department - Water and sewer available to site. Existing hydrant at Roadway is within 300 feet of most remote opening.
