REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Inspections Department - Proposed building to meet requirements of the
Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code.
Greenwood Fire Company - Satisfactory.
Sanitation Authority - Sewer and water service is existing. Service laterals
should be shown on the site plan.
VA Dept. of Highways - Everything appears satisfactory, however, it is our
recommendation that a minimum 40' entrance be constructed in lieu of the 30'
as proposed.
Planning and Zoning - Satisfactory; stormwater runoff runs to roadside ditch
and is detained slightly by existing facilities along the road.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
