MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Shawnee ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Open space and agricultural land use and A-2 Zoning. PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Construction of a regional waste water treatment plant and required site improvements. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Inspections Department - All structures to be built in conformance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and other applicable standards. Highway Department - It is difficult to determine what is being proposed at the entrance from Route 7, however, it is our recommendation that a minimum 30' radius be required as per our letter dated April 26, 1983. A permit must be applied for and approved before doing any work on the State's right-of- way. Greenwood Fire Company - Satisfactory. Sanitation Department - No Comment. Planning and Zoning - VDH&T comments on final entrance and crossover design are pending. All other items are satisfactory. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
