REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - Existing entrances must meet all requirements of this Department. Frederick County Sanitation Authority - Central water and sewer facilities are available to this property. Developer must extend sewer lines to serve his property. Department of Inspections - This plan shall comply to use Group (M), Mercantile Building, Section 208.0 Boca Building Code. Also use Group B, Business Buildings, Section 204.0 Boca Building Code.
