Cole Zoned B-2, Commercial LOCATION: Route 7 East MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Stonewall Magisterial District ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Commercial & Industrial land use and zoning. PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Construct a 50 x 230 foot building for nine retail stores and parking area. Existing site has already been graded and prepared and highway entrances installed. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - Existing entrances must meet all requirements of this Department. Frederick County Sanitation Authority - Central water and sewer facilities are available to this property. Developer must extend sewer lines to serve his property. Department of Inspections - This plan shall comply to use Group (M), Mercantile Building, Section 208.0 Boca Building Code. Also use Group B, Business Buildings, Section 204.0 Boca Building Code. Additional comments will be given at time of plans review.
