Warehousing to construct a 10,000 square foot ware-
house building for general warehousing.

MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Stonewall Magisterial District
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING:
Commercial and Industrial Land Use and Commercial and Industrial
Zoning.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS:
Construct a 10,000 square foot warehouse building for general
warehousing.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - Satisfactory
Frederick County Sanitation Authority - Central water and sewer
facilities are available. Developer must extend the sewer line
to serve his property.
Department of Inspections - Shall comply with Use Groups S, S-1,
and S-2 and Sections 210.0 of the Virginia Statewide Building
Code. Additional comments will be given at the time of plan
review.
Planning and Zoning_ - Satisfactory; setback variance was granted
by Board of Zoning Appeals on 10/18/77.
