PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Construct a 10,000 square foot warehouse building for general warehousing. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - Satisfactory Frederick County Sanitation Authority - Central water and sewer facilities are available.
