ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING:
Agricultural Landuse and Commercial Zoning.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS:
Costruct 4,000 square foot building for proposed farm market.
Retailing will include nursery bedding plants, groceries and lawn
care products. Twelve parking spaces will be provided.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - Satisfactory;
Minor entrance details will be adjusted on the entrance permit
application.
Department of Inspections - Must conform to use group (M)
Mercantile and (S) Storage of the Uniform Statewide Building
Code. Specific requirements will be noted on the plans.
Planning & Development - Satisfactory; permitted use in a B-2
(Commercial) zone.
Health Department - Satisfactory; approved system limited to ten
employees.
