PROPOSED USE:
Construct a total of nine 3,600 mini -warehouse buildings and
off-street parking.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Va. Dept. of Highways and Transportation/Public Works - No
objection.
Frederick County Sanitation Authority - No objection.
Department of Inspections - Must conform to Use Group S, Storage,
of the Virginia Uni orm Statewide Building Code. Specific
requirements will be noted on the plans. Dwelling unit must
conform to R-4 Requirements.
Planning and Zoning - No objection.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends approval.
